Foreword

Is it true that Iran is desperately seeking a deal to get out of this situation and that Trump could invade Iran to take enriched uranium?

Current situation

That's not true. Trump lied and continues to lie because he's desperate. Trump sent the Iranians a plan (a ridiculous document) through an intermediary. It's a 15-point demand for unconditional surrender, which the Iranians have called unacceptable and inadmissible. Trump is in a desperate situation because he attacked Iran without a Plan B.

He thought the regime would collapse within 48 hours. This didn't happen: he didn't expect this resistance and got bogged down. He's in a desperate situation because he wants to turn back, but he can't and is forced to move forward.

And this desperation seems to be manifesting itself among his staff as well.

But at the same time, Trump is ready to send thousands of marines and paratroopers to invade the island of Kharg. This gives a sense of the total confusion, born of desperation, in which Trump finds himself, as he makes contradictory statements.

Trump's lies and contradictory statements

Meanwhile, his lies about the Iranians being ready to sign an agreement are tied to his need to reassure markets amid soaring oil prices and serious damage to the international economy.
Here we come to Trump's first major problem: widespread hatred is mounting around the world. Many countries will be severely penalized by this new American war.

So even those who viewed Trump favourably are starting to detest him, and with the passage of time, this contempt for Trump is destined to grow as the economic consequences of this war worsen.
This is a war that even the Americans are opposed to. Trump's approval ratings have plummeted in the United States.

Trump is in a dire strait and is making contradictory statements that ridicule him, making him appear like a clown with no credibility, someone who claims Iran is about to sign an agreement, but an hour later says that if Iran doesn't accept unconditional surrender, he will destroy all its energy facilities.

Iran's strategy

Iran, having already suffered significant damage, has every interest in continuing the war because, from Iran's perspective, this is an absolutely correct strategic approach. If Trump were to suspend the bombings (which already happened in June 2025), it would simply be an attempt to postpone them to stock up on interceptor missiles, which are rapidly running out, and then resume hostilities perhaps in six months.

So Iran must try to inflict the greatest possible damage on the United States, including by bombing the energy facilities of the Gulf countries that host American bases. Iran is still in a position to wipe out the Persian Gulf economy, which would mean destroying the Middle East economy.

The Strait of Hormuz

Even as diplomatic efforts continue, tensions remain high in and around the Strait of Hormuz – one of the world’s most critical maritime chokepoints – with reported tit-for-tat ship seizures off the Iranian coast. The Strait of Hormuz has not opened to ship traffic. Iran is still trying to control ship traffic in the sea lane, while the US maintains its blockade of Tehran’s ports and vessels. The security situation in the strait remains dangerous with several attacks on ship in recent days while around 20,000 seafarers remain trapped and unable to leave with several vessels seized and detained in the region over the past few days.

In addition to the issues related to the Strait of Hormuz, two further options are still considered possible by Trump to overcome Iran's resistance: Kharg and Isfahan.

Kharg

Trump's problem is conquering the island of Kharg primarily to pump Iranian oil into the international market, because oil is scarce. A sure sign that Trump is desperate and doesn't know what to do is the fact that he had lifted sanctions against Iranian and Russian oil.

There are essentially three possible scenarios regarding the invasion of Kharg. The first scenario is an easy victory, the second scenario is stalemate, and the third scenario is asymmetric warfare. The first scenario, that of an easy victory, is an invasion that would be child's play, having completely destroyed Iran's offensive and defensive capabilities. The second scenario is that of encirclement, and therefore a stalemate, with the United States trapped in Kharg, surrounded by Iranian soldiers who fire on American soldiers. The third scenario is that of asymmetric warfare in which Iran, despite the occupation of Kharg Island, continues to bomb the energy facilities of Persian Gulf countries and target ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

In other words, the invasion of Kharg Island, unless Trump manages to completely eliminate Iran's offensive and defensive capabilities, should not resolve the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz.

Isfahan

Meanwhile, reaching the Isfahan nuclear site is feasible, but extremely complicated because it involves 440 kg of 60% enriched uranium stored in a heavily fortified facility, a kind of fortified citadel: the Isfahan nuclear power plant. Isfahan is located in central Iran and has an urban conglomerate of 2 million inhabitants. Therefore, the United States would have to invade Iran, reach its heart, and seize the enriched uranium, the containers of which are located deep beneath the rubble left by the US 2025 bombing.

This would take days, if not weeks. Furthermore, it would require handling this highly sensitive material within an urban conglomerate of 2 million people who are certainly hostile to the United States even if White House propaganda claims is 100% on Trump's side against a regime of tyrants. This portrayal of events is contradicted by the massive crowds taking to the streets of Tehran to support the regime.

Trump is totally out of control because Obama's 2016 nuclear agreements had completely resolved the issue of the possible construction of nuclear warheads, as the IAEA said Iran was scrupulously and rigorously complying with all the agreements made with the Iran Nuclear Deal, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iranians had decided for 25 years not to go nuclear for religious prescriptions. And then these idiots, Netanyahu and Trump, murder the religious leader who has called all the time for staying non-nuclear. This is an irrational policy! You have a supreme leader who says no to nuclear weapons, so you murder him. You have a treaty which puts Iran under strict monitoring by the International Atomic Energy Agency. So you rip it up as Trump did in 2018 at the enthusiastic cheerleading of Netanyahu.

In fact, on May 9, 2018 Trump unilaterally withdrew from these agreements, reintroducing extremely severe sanctions against Iran.

And so, Trump, since Netanyahu wants war and the destruction of Iran, decided to bomb Iran anyway, devastating the international economy.

Considerations

Iran's not going to lose and is not going to surrender.  Israel wants to run the Middle East. The United States want to run the world. Netanyahu and Trump thought this would be an easy operation.

Neither of them should be anywhere near power. But they started this and it didn't go according to plan. So their plan now is to continue to escalate.

This is a revenge match by the United States. The Saudis are in line. The Emirates are in line. Bahrain is in line. Qatar is in line. The US owns the Gulf countries. It owns the Arab world. What's the matter with Iran? It's got to come back under American control.

It's been almost two months of American bombardment of Iran. Trump has called it a war, then not a war, then a military operation, then he's claimed victory, but opened talks. What exactly is going on? Well, a lot of people are being killed.

The world economy is being wrecked. The US is in the hands of an absolute incompetent madman, narcissistic megalomaniac, psychopathic and delusional.

There will be expanded destruction in Iran. Iran will in turn expand its destructive missile attacks on the Middle East and Israel. There's no clear endgame.

The United States does not have any systematic processes any more in government. This is basically kind of a one-man rule. Congress doesn't exist.

Trump is a fool, successor of Biden, a president with dementia that was covered up for two years. Last year Trump launched his trade wars without concept, without knowledge, without any sophistication at all. It was doomed to fail to meet its objectives. It was illegal. It turned out to be declared illegal by the US Supreme Court.

People should grow up and understand what the real situation here is, that this government isn't functioning in the United States and it's doing great damage to the rest of the world.

The US motivation is that it wants control all over the world. It's manipulating every place and it's trying to take full control over the Americas and might well invade Cuba any day because Trump is absolutely ready to do that. It wants to confront China. It wants to control the Middle East partly through Israel doing its dirty business.

Conclusion

Iran is fighting back really hard. Iran is an ancient civilization and it's almost a 100 million people. It's 5,000 years old. It is what we say a place of civilizational depth: Persia and Iran.

Donald Trump forgets that in 1953 the CIA and MI6 (the British Secret Service) did choose the leader of Iran. They overthrew a democratically elected prime minister who had dared to claim that Iranian oil belonged to Iran, not to Britain. So they overthrew Mossadeq and they put in place a police state. Now they're basically trying to replay the 1953 coup.  Iran got itself free from American imperial dominance in 1979. And so partly this is a revenge match by the United States by reversing the 1979 revolution and putting Iran back under US control while Israel wants to assert its hegemony militarily across the Middle East and West Asia and the Horn of Africa.

The only credible way to stop this craziness is with Russia, China, and India, the world's three other superpowers, to say to the United States: you've got to stop this. And you've got to make your acolyte, Israel, stop this.

We've had enough of Israel. How many wars is Israel going to create? Israel's bombing everyone. It's invading Lebanon. It's bombing Iran. It's bombing Iraq. It's bombing Syria. It's destroying lives and people in the West Bank.

But it's possible to get them to stop. It's 10 million people, totally dependent on the United States for its security. All the United States has to do is tell Israel, "Okay, your rampage is over, your tantrum is over”.

The US wants to control the world. Doesn't want to negotiate with the world. It wants to boss the world around. But if the big players in the world would directly take this on, it would end because there's so much bluff in it.

The most dangerous moment since 1945 was the Cuban missile crisis because we were within minutes or seconds of blowing up the world. This is number two because we're within days or weeks of blowing up the world's energy supply.

So, it is up to Prime Minister Modi (current Chairman of the BRICS) together with President Xi, President Putin and also President Lula to tell Trump: “Enough is enough!”. The BRICS can do it and the BRICS should do it.
